About the role:
We currently have an exciting full time opportunity for a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our Finance team based in Tullamarine, Victoria.
The successful candidate will utilise database expertise and reporting capabilities to extract data from diverse operating systems, produce precise and punctual reports, and conduct thorough analysis essential for enhancing business performance.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
Support the business in addressing new and adhoc reporting requirements and identify the most efficient approach for delivery.
Assist in delivering dashboard intensive information solutions
Maintain and address various requests related to reports
Support the internal reporting requirements, including KPI performance assessments against budgets and forecasts.
Deliver period-end processes and reporting outputs
Assist in data mining and preparation for monthly forecasting and periodic operational processes as requested.
Support the Business Analyst Team to ensure continuous improvement in reporting and analysis process.
Conduct profitability analytics across customer, vehicle and location spectrums.
To be considered, you should possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or Commerce. Studying towards CA or CPA qualifications or other relevant post graduate qualifications would be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with large volume data including the use of dashboard tools like Qlik Sense, Power Bi or Tableau.
Experience with data warehousing and consolidated reporting tools including SQL and business objects is also advantageous
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP Bi (Business Objects), Qlik Sense)
Strong analytical, collaboration and problem solving skills.
Ability to prepare and interpret reports and provide analytical insights.
