As a Product Manager for Jira, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product strategy and execution for Jira. We are transforming Jira into a collaborative work management solution for every team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Jira's capabilities and drive adoption across various teams. This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. You will operate as a local expert for your team, interfacing with Atlassian product leaders and immediately contribute to complex, high-impact projects.

On your first day, we'll expect you have:
- Technical fluency to understand and deliver enterprise requirements
- True customer obsession - you go out of your way to talk to customers and solve their problems
- Experience inspiring and mobilizing cross-functional teams towards a common vision
- Experience developing a multi-year product strategy and roadmap, gaining buy-in to executive leadership, and rallying a cross-functional team
- A track record of building relationships and influencing all levels of the organization.
- Experience building a compelling business case for new opportunities
Experience:
- Typically, product managers at this level have 3-5 years of product management experience.
- A degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
