Please note: This role is open only to Australian residents and requires onsite presence at our office locations.

Location: Mulgrave (Onsite, Australian residents only) Contract Duration: 6 Months (will be extended if needed) 

We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to join our team on a 3–4-month contract basis. This role is hybrid, and you will be required to travel to our office in Mulgrave for 2 days a week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support Scrum Teams in understanding and implementing Scrum practices, roles, and artifacts.
  • Identify and remove obstacles or impediments that hinder the progress of development teams during sprints.
  • Monitor the progress of sprint deliverables, ensuring that teams meet their commitments and deliver value to stakeholders within the iteration timeline.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies to improve team effectiveness and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospective meetings and implementing changes to enhance team performance.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members, product owners, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress to stakeholders, providing visibility into project status and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proven experience working as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Rally is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in the retail domain is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Content Management System (CMS) platforms is a significant advantage.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous work experience in the retail industry, particularly in e-commerce or omnichannel retail environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or similar enterprise-level content management systems.
  • Understanding of retail-specific challenges and technologies, including inventory management, product information management, and order fulfillment processes.
