Job Responsibilities :As an IT Risk & Compliance Specialist, the role involves supporting the assessment and mitigation of IT risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies. It also offers exposure to AI-driven compliance tools and automation, providing opportunities to learn and contribute to innovative solutions in risk management.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Up to 1 year of experience in IT compliance, risk management, or related roles (internship experience acceptable).
Familiar with IT regulations and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, MAS TRM, RMiT).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Basic knowledge of SQL (MSSQL, MySQL).
Interest in AI-driven compliance tools and automation.
Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Compliance (Growth Area):
Assist in projects involving AI-powered compliance tools and automation to improve regulatory monitoring and reporting.
Learn and support implementation of AI-driven solutions for risk detection and compliance tracking.
Compliance Management:
Assist in monitoring compliance with global regulations, standards, and policies (e.g., MAS TRM, RMiT, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Support processes for software deployment and evaluate procedures against compliance requirements.
Help update policies, maintain risk registers, and prepare compliance reports.
Assist in IT due diligence for third-party service providers.
Support IT audit exercises with internal and external auditors.
Maintain and update documentation for IT risk, governance, and compliance.
Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Risk Management:
Support efforts to maintain IT risk and security across applications, systems, networks, and web platforms.
Assist in IT and cyber risk assessments, including IT general controls and security reviews.
Help monitor risk activities and recommend improvements under guidance.
Contribute to maintaining risk management tools for tracking and reporting.
