Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced IT Release Manager to join a high-performing technology delivery team, driving coordinated, secure, and seamless releases across large-scale transformation and operational programs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced enterprise environments, enjoys working across multiple delivery streams, and has a passion for operational stability, governance, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead and coordinate enterprise release management activities across multiple teams and environments
  • Develop and manage integrated release schedules and deployment plans
  • Coordinate build, testing, deployment, rollback, and post-release activities
  • Drive release governance, approvals, risk assessments, and compliance controls
  • Manage dependencies, release readiness, operational impacts, and stakeholder communications
  • Support modern deployment approaches including blue/green, staged, pilot, and feature-flag releases
  • Partner closely with Agile, DevOps, Operations, Testing, and Business teams
  • Contribute to CI/CD and deployment automation initiatives
  • Conduct post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure releases meet quality, security, and operational standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise IT Release Management within large and complex environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL delivery practices
  • Experience managing complex deployments and operational dependencies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
  • Strong risk management, governance, and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple delivery streams and operational teams
