Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Elicits, analyses, and documents requirements (business, functional, and non-functional)
  • Works with key stakeholders to prioritize requirements most beneficial to the business
  • Ensures compliance with Global Technology Services strategies, enterprise architecture, and best practices as well as all relevant local/regional/global governmental regulations
  • Reinforce the project goals and objectives to prevent scope creep/gold plating
  • Recommends solution options which directly impact the success of a project or initiative
  • Effectively communicates with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, systems analysts, developers, and quality assurance analysts to ensure requirements are clearly stated, buildable, and testable
  • Oversees the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing, tracking testing progress and defect resolution

Technical and Application Knowledge

  • Experience of a CRM [example: Siebel, Salesforce] and SAP
  • Understanding of EDI and API concepts
