Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for our next IT Administrator I that wants to join our IT team in Australia. There will be an in-office requirement of 2x a week.
The Job
- Remote Front lines Desktop support
- Administrative support for our Cloud based services
- A/V support for our all hands meetings
- Video conference support & VOIP support
- Remote management dashboards/displays for Local teams
- Remote management for office network & VPN connections
- May require travel to support office events
You
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of IT or help desk experience, specifically troubleshooting on Mac, Windows, and managing a large fleet of devices
- Experience troubleshooting A/V equipment
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong time management
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage IT systems and support needs, exercise sound judgment, troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal direction.
