We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our People Lead Department!
As People Lead Trainee you will...
- Support the HR strategy
- Support our employees and internal communications
- Support on Human Capital reporting and analysis
- Support in the development of internal policies and negotiations
- Employer branding and driving forward the people strategy and planning
You might be the one we are looking for if...
- You are a student/ recent graduate of Human Resources or equivalent
- You have already completed an internship in an HR department in a multinational company
- You are recognized for your willing to learn and grow
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point are super valued)
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
- Other languages would be a plus
- Project Management tools would be a plus

- Duration: 6+6 months agreement (through Escuela de Empresa)
- Scolarship support: 1000€
