The expertise we’re looking for
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT product company;
- IP (developing software for computer/mobile platforms);
- Knowledge in the sphere international corporate, contract, AML/KYC, data protection and compliance regulations;
- Corporate/M A, International Structuring
- Fluency (at least B2) in English (oral, written, legal);
- Business-minded proactive approach;
- Attention to details;
- Experience in English and Polish law would be an advantage;
- Good time-management skills, confident soft skills, teamwork skills;
Your position will include
- Efficient legal support of the everyday company’s operational activity;
- Conducting of DD procedure of foreign counterparties;
- Handle transactions in the overseas jurisdictions, structure international transactions;
- Handle international and local tax issues;
- Contractual work, drafting, amending agreements, corporate documents templates;
- Legal research of legislation of various jurisdictions (UA, EU, USA), constant monitoring of changes in legislation applicable to the company;
- Intellectual property protection (legal research in EU/USA intellectual property law);
- Legal support in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
- Negotiations with foreign clients, partners, etc;
- Dealing with other corporate matters;
