The Opportunity

As an International Key Account Manager at Roche Diagnostics you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and the impact of the strategic partnership with an International Key Account, based in Europe with international presence. You act as an agile leader and engage internally & externally through the actions below to enable a successful partnership with the International Key Account (IKA) and deliver impact:
 

  • Own the enterprise level account responsibility and its strategy by being accountable for the strategic partnership, customer satisfaction, profit and loss, ensure the IKA consistently achieves or exceeds annual revenue, market share, and other relevant goals, cohesive across countries and territories

  • Represent Roche and establish trustful relationships with all C-Levels of the international account and senior stakeholders at the customer level

  • Collaborate with all relevant internal teams to achieve an outstanding customer experience, commercial impact and business development, working closely with country representatives (key account managers, commercial leaders) and global/regional teams 

  • Accountable for integrating and aligning cross-functional and integrated diagnostics strategies and identify strategic opportunities to enable our affiliates to a winning collaboration with the IKA 

  • Consistently leverage data and insights on marketing trends, competitive dynamics, and pricing to develop strategy and decision support

  • Create visibility and excitement, engaging the organization around the account and share best practices, learnings, progress across the network

  • Co-create the broader network strategy to sustain and develop international key accounts beyond the assigned IKA, identifying emerging opportunities across EMEA-LATAM


Who you are

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following skills and experiences:

  • Experience working in an international, multi-cultural, and matrix environment

  •  Strategic thinking skills and proven track record of developing and delivering business strategies on enterprise level

  • You have a knack for business development and don’t shy away from trying new approaches, leveraging your agile leadership skills (VACC)  to find creative solutions

  • You are creative leader of networked teams, leading and coaching affiliates and stakeholders around the international key account with a unified strategy and vision

  • Possess business acumen and commercial experience, including multi-country tenders and large scale deals

  • Demonstrate a passion for leading change, enjoys negotiating, and has a natural ability to manage conflict

  • You have an intricate motivation to deploy truly integrated solutions and strategic partnerships within the eco-system of healthcare, which benefit patients across the world

  • Willingness to travel around 25%, please note that at times you might travel more while building relationships with the customers and countries

  • Location: Roche Diagnostics sites in Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Switzerland

Please note due to the holiday period, the interview process will be staggered across July and August
