The ideal applicant for this role would be someone with previous sales experience, a great work ethic, who can thrive and learn within an experienced team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide counter sales and assistance.
  • Assisting with general branch support and administration.
  • Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
  • Some warehouse duties- picking & packing customer orders.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing showroom promotional activity to drive counter sales.

Who are you?

  • Customer service, warehouse and or sales experience within a similar role.
  • Computer literate at an intermediate level.
  • Professional phone manner - helpful disposition, and the ability to keep calm in challenging situations.
  • Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (desirable).
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
  • Solution-oriented in your approach to problem-solving, and helping customers
