The intern will be involved in data-driven engineering projects focused on process optimization, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.• Department: Advanced Technology Singapore - Process and Equipment Engineering• Project Title: Data-Driven Process & Equipment Optimization in Semiconductor Manufacturing• Project Description: The intern will support ongoing engineering initiatives aimed at improving process stability, equipment performance, and manufacturing efficiency. This includes analyzing large datasets from production tools, identifying trends and deviations, and proposing actionable improvements. The project will provide exposure to real-world semiconductor manufacturing challenges, combining engineering fundamentals with data analytics and problem-solving methodologies.• Scope: Analyze process and equipment data to identify trends, variability, and performance gaps. Support root cause analysis for process or equipment-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, equipment, production). Propose and validate improvement opportunities through data insights• Deliverable: Data analysis reports with clear insights and recommendations. Final project presentation to engineering stakeholders.• Impact of Project: Improve process stability and yield performance• Skillset Require: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Basic understanding of data analysis (Excel, Python, or similar tools), Good communication and presentation skills• Course of interests: Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering• Duration Period: M in 6 months (Semester Internship from July 2026 to December 2026)
