For our Supply department, we are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who can bridge the gap between our sellers and our platform by setting up and maintaining seamless integrations.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a basic understanding of web API’s (HTTP/gRPC) and know how to use them
- You know how to communicate technical topics in simple terms for non-technical people
- You have excellent analytical skills and know how to troubleshoot problems effectively
- You are always curious about how things work and understand the importance of documentation
- You have a hands-on mentality and rather do than talk and can work with a full remote team
- You have excellent English skills, German is a plus
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will independently resolve problems on existing seller automations/integrations
- You set up new sellers accounts on our platform
- You will consult sellers about refurbed’s automations capabilities (CSV-feeds, integrators, custom API development) and help set these up
- You support internal teams on all integrations related topics
