About This Role

                                                                                                         

The Integrated Training Solutions Lead (ITSL) is part of a small team of senior training development experts responsible to design complete end-to-end solutions for training systems used by defence forces and para-military organisations around the world, leveraging CAE’s core simulation technologies along with best-in-class teaching methodologies and tools.

Leading the definition of training solutions, this role will have the chance to work across the air, naval, land and public safety domains, with a key focus initially being on air and naval rear crew training opportunities.

The role we are offering you

  • Lead the definition of fully integrated training solutions, end-to-end
  • Provide advice and leadership to the Capture Teams on large training system integration opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive solution reviews to all stakeholders
  • Interface with customers and end-users to present and review training solutions

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Previous experience as a Weapons System Officer (WSO) within the RAAF is a must, this should include time as a WSO Instructor as well
  • Proven experience within industry, developing and delivering systems to a customer/client
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Desirable for this person to have experience in the Project/Program delivery space and/or equivalent certifications

Location:

  • Primary location is Homebush, NSW – alternatively will consider Brisbane, QLD
  • We operate a hybrid working approach.
  • Your role will involve some national and international travel

Security requirements

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
