As Kraft Heinz's in-house creative agency, The Kitchen operates at the speed of culture, crafting bold creative and media that connects with consumers. The Kitchen Melbourne is looking for an Integrated Advertising Specialist - The Kitchen, Internal Creative Agency to work on some of Kraft Heinz's loved brands, including the #3 Top Brand as recognized by WARC Creative.
We're looking for an organized Integrated Advertising Specialist - The Kitchen, Internal Creative Agency to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of creative and media projects partnering with brand, sales and eCommerce teams across Australia and New Zealand.
The Integrated Communications Specialist will report directly into the Integrated Communications Lead and work closely with cross functional teams on bringing campaigns to life. Our ideal candidate has great organization skills, can adapt quickly to change and communicates well. We don't expect you to know it all but your experience at an agency or internal communications team, will allow you to learn quickly and provide the service mentality required in this role.

Key responsibilities
- With support of Leads, project manage creative campaign activity (brand and always on) executed via the kitchen; including project managing concept, production & dispatch.
- Support Kitchen Team with social media planning & implementation
- Consult and support on brand paid and earned media campaigns best practice and connecting to digital experiences
- Consult and support end to end execution of influencer campaigns alongside agency partner
- Assist communications team with finance management
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Tertiary Qualification
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience at an agency or internal team
- Exceptional project management skills & interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
- Account Executive / Manager or Project manager, managing creative campaigns with clients, creative teams and production.
- Comms knowledge on the role of media; paid, earned, owned - and how creative comes to life in media.
