About You

We are looking for an experienced Integrated Account Manager to join our Sydney team.

You will support a major confidential technology client across integrated communications, social media and digital marketing activity in Australia and the wider region. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident managing client relationships, coordinating multiple agency disciplines and keeping complex campaigns moving.

You will bring strong experience in integrated agency work, with a particular understanding of social media and digital campaigns. You will be comfortable working across strategy, content, creative and media teams, while maintaining momentum across timelines, approvals, budgets and deliverables.

You are organised, solutions-focused and able to contribute quickly. You know how to build trust with clients, identify risks early and turn campaign activity and performance data into practical recommendations.

What You Do

The Integrated Account Manager helps deliver joined-up, high-quality campaigns that create value for the client and maintain strong agency momentum.

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of integrated client campaigns and projects across communications, social, digital, content and creative.

  • Act as a trusted day-to-day client contact, building effective relationships and maintaining clear, proactive communication.

  • Oversee social and digital campaign delivery from planning and briefing through to execution, optimisation and reporting.

  • Coordinate internal teams and specialist partners to ensure campaign activity is connected, well-paced and delivered to a high standard.

  • Support the development of campaign strategies, briefs, content plans and client recommendations.

  • Manage project timelines, workflows, approvals, budgets, status updates and supporting documentation.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, action lists and client-ready updates.

  • Identify risks and delivery issues early, resolve them where possible and escalate matters appropriately.

  • Support campaign performance reviews by helping interpret results and translate findings into practical recommendations.

  • Contribute ideas, proactive opportunities and ways to improve client impact.

  • Maintain a clear view of priorities across multiple workstreams and ensure agreed actions are followed through.

What You Offer
  • Demonstrated experience in an integrated agency account management role in Australia.

  • Strong experience delivering integrated campaigns across social media and digital marketing.

  • Practical experience with social media campaigns, content planning and digital campaign activity.

  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.

  • The ability to coordinate multiple agency disciplines, specialist teams and external partners.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and risk management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • The confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

  • A hands-on approach and the ability to make an immediate contribution in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience working with corporate, technology, infrastructure or B2B clients is highly desirable.

  • Experience working across regional or multi-market campaigns is advantageous.
