Job DescriptionAbout the role
This is a great opportunity to join us an Inside Sales Account Executive! Reporting to Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with the other Inside Sales Teams based in Melbourne and the Field Sales Teams across Australia.
In this role you will retain and grow our market share with new and existing clients across the Corporate Sector. Engaging with and managing your portfolio of clients through telephone, video and online channels, you will be measured on the retention and growth of revenue, client feedback and customer advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Question, objection handle and understand customer needs and challenges and provide tailored recommendations and overlay lens of driving retention, growth, addressing competitive threats.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize efforts based on revenue, relationship, aligned with channel pillars.
- Build consistent & ongoing connections at all levels within the customers business, build rapport, drive trust focused on retention. Documenting relationship in CRM.
- Be responsible for your client’s product and service experience with SEEK by helping to tailor their advertising and talent sourcing needs, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with customers through outreach, utilizing simple questions and desktop research to understand their needs.
- Uses basic internal/external data & insights to influence & generate personalised recommendations based on customer needs
- Achieve revenue and product growth budget each quarter.
Skills and experience
- Skilled in negotiation and objection handling, with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements through discussions with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively handle conflict and objections to ensure progress.
- Proficient in account and relationship management, with the ability to tier customers to determine the appropriate customer engagement framework, and demonstrated expertise in building customized, strong, and mutually beneficial relationships
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to use compelling arguments to gain commitment from others and to communicate and share business information through a structured narrative to connect, persuade, and sell to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve quarterly revenue and product growth targets.
- Knowledge of analysis, interpretation, and systems, with the ability to understand, interpret, and draw insights from data
- Fluent in using business systems such as Salesforce, CRM, PureCloud, and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Ability to contribute to a positive team environment, supporting collective team goals
