How will you support our "Why"?
- You’ll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:
- Meeting the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures
- Maximising revenue and achieving commission through selling procedures
- Identifying customer’s needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures
- Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.
- Meeting the required sales targets based upon opportunity.
- Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems
- Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
