As an Inbound Sales Consultant based in our Traralgon office, you’ll support our sales team in delivering exceptional service to new and existing Aussie Broadband customers. You’ll play a key role in understanding customer needs, providing clear product information, meeting sales targets, and ensuring accurate customer records.

How will you support our "Why"?

  • You’ll be involved in the following activities and outcomes:

  • Meeting the prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures

  • Maximising revenue and achieving commission through selling procedures

  • Identifying customer’s needs through questioning techniques, product usage analysis and the application of standard procedures

  • Providing a range of products and services information to customers to enable them to make an informed decision.

  • Meeting the required sales targets based upon opportunity.

  • Accurate data entry of customer details into CMS systems

  • Escalating customer complaints in accordance with the Aussie Broadband policy and procedures
