The Job

The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and training of Simpro Group suite of products to new and existing clients through consistent and effective training methods.
You will optimise the implementation process by following and improving upon implementation procedures, including utilisation of our CRM (Salesforce) through the process to ensure communication is documented, engaging with customers to consult and ensure implementations are strategically planned based on customer needs, providing onsite and online training on our Simpro Group suite of products as they align with customer needs, and conducting post-implementation reviews to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction.
This is a fully remote role offering a competitive base salary and a car allowance, designed to support your mobility and work-life balance while enabling you to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Train traditional customer workflows, enabling customers to adopt our products in their business.

  • Provide data & design services to customers such as creating reports or output documents.

  • Assist senior staff by working collaboratively to provide training or data & design services to new or expansion clients.

  • Tackle moderately challenging problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, including staying up to date with recent product releases.

  • Leverage intermediate business acumen and industry insights to provide effective outcomes for customers.

  • Contribute to customer outreach campaigns and facilitate feature-based workshops or group learning as required.

  • Facilitate training sessions using a variety of online or face-to-face formats. This may require travel.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer training

  • Experience delivering software training in both onsite and remote settings

  • Strong understanding of business process mapping

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel as required for onsite training and implementation support

  • Experience in the trades, construction, or field service industry is a strong advantage

  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
