Meet the Implementations Team
Our Implementations Team are experienced LEAP specialists who bring new users into our network and set them up for success from day one. As a trusted LEAP expert, you’ll work closely with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient adoption of LEAP software, enabling a seamless transition that allows our clients to focus on what they do best.
Reporting to the Onboarding and Transitions Manager, you will work closely with our Data Transition Specialists, Project Manager and Special Projects to ensure a smooth and successful delivery of LEAP, training new clients.
This is a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact - guiding clients from their very first interaction with LEAP right through to ‘business as usual’.
What you’ll do
As an Implementation Consultant you will provide new clients’ with a successful implementation experience. You will be the key link between our internal experts and our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your ability to organise, communicate, and guide will have real, lasting impact.
To make this happen, you will
- Build trusted relationships by understanding our client’s challenges and needs and provide/facilitate effective solutions
- Proactively liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the on-time implementation of LEAP
- Perform remote and onsite installations of LEAP software including installation, configuration, training and general support
- Create and maintain documentation and training delivery processes
- Identify the training and development needs of LEAP’s new clients
- Develop implementation and training delivery plans
- Prepare and deliver standard and custom training events via web conference tools, web meetings or standard classroom methods in a one-on-one or group setting
- Amend and revise training programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
What you’ll bring
To be successful in this client facing role you will either have experience working in a law firm or with software implementations. On top of that, you will bring:
- Solid understanding of database environments
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines to achieve business outcomes
- Confidence liaising with internal and external clients and their IT Partners
- Experience using LEAP (nice to have)
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet with clients
