The Role

Location: Melbourne

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

  • Lead our brand-new, dedicated team for our massive new client win, Asahi. You’ll be the architect, building the team and shaping its culture from day one.
  • Get in on the ground floor and forge an unbreakable partnership, becoming the foundational point of contact and trusted advisor for the Asahi business.
  • Define what success looks like! You'll create and drive the omnichannel media strategy, setting the standard for this flagship account across TV, Radio, OOH and digital.
  • Be the master negotiator who sets the bar, securing market-leading deals and innovative solutions that will make our new client an immediate success story.
  • Build your dream team by mentoring and inspiring a group of passionate media experts, establishing the gold standard for service, implementation, and results.

At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.
