The Role

Location: Melbourne

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

  • Dive into one of Australia's most high-profile media accounts, managing campaigns across every channel from TV and radio to TikTok and Spotify.
  • You'll be hands-on with the entire campaign process, from booking and optimising to delivering insightful post-analysis reports that make a real impact.
  • Collaborate with a huge network of top-tier media partners and NAB's creative agency, TBWA, to bring innovative campaigns to life.
  • Become a key player in a large, supportive team where you’ll guide a coordinator and learn from some of the best media experts in the business.
  • Get exclusive access to industry events, outdoor site tours, and media upfronts, keeping you at the very forefront of the media landscape.

Ideal Skills and Experience

A detail-obsessed and ambitious media coordinator, ready to step up and make their mark on a landmark account, will flourish here. We’re also looking for;

  • A foundational understanding of media channels, with any experience in TV, outdoor (OOH), or audio being highly valued.
  • An impeccable eye for detail is crucial; you’re someone who gets the small stuff right every time.
  • You possess a natural curiosity and a desire to learn, excited by the chance to work with market-leading technologies and partners.
  • A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives on building strong collaborative relationships.
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver with the ability to prioritise tasks and clearly articulate what’s working and why.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
