The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Logistics Support Manager to come join our Land Manure Systems Branch within our KBR team!

Lead integrated logistics support for land systems like armoured vehicles, soldier systems, and tactical communications. Manage spares provisioning, maintenance planning, and lifecycle sustainment to ensure Defence readiness and contractual compliance.

What You’ll Work On

• Armoured vehicles like ASLAV, M1A1 Abrams, Boxer.
• Soldier and tactical communications systems.
• Ground support and diagnostic equipment.
• Maintenance management systems and spares catalogues.

All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Only candidates holding a NV1 Clearance or above should apply.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage logistics support for land platforms and ground equipment.
• Analyse maintenance data and usage to forecast spares and repairs.
• Develop and maintain logistics support and asset management plans.
• Coordinate with Defence and contractors to meet sustainment goals.
• Use Defence logistics systems (e.g., MILIS, LNIDs) for inventory and maintenance tracking.
• Mentor teams and advise on risk and problem-solving.
• Act as customer contact for support matters.
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and availability.

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in integrated logistics support, with 5+ in Defence or related sectors.
• Experience with SCPM, AMPs, and Defence logistics tools.
• Strong knowledge of Defence procurement and contracting.
• Proven ability to lead, influence senior stakeholders and improve logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
