We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior ICT Project Manager to join our ICT Team. Reporting to the ICT Project Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, partnering with senior stakeholders, leading project teams, and driving best-practice project governance across the Bulla business. 

As an ICT Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading multiple projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. 

Working closely with business leaders, vendors and cross-functional teams, you'll provide leadership across project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement and change delivery while contributing to the ongoing maturity of the ICT Project Management Office. 

What’s the Scoop? 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex ICT and business transformation projects. 
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across various business functions. 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules and governance documentation. 
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies. 
  • Facilitate Organisational Change Management activities ensuring that people adoption happens together with project delivery. 
  • Facilitate project steering committees and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. 
  • Ensure projects follow established governance, change management and delivery frameworks. 
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, vendors and external partners. 
  • Mentor and support project team members while promoting best-practice project delivery. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ICT Project Management Office. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in ICT project management, planning, and tracking across the full project lifecycle.  
  • Experience working directly with key business stakeholders, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.  
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks and governance. 
  • Proficient with modern project management tools, systems, and varying delivery frameworks.  
  • Knowledge of a range of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches). 
  • Strong analytical mindset, decision-making capabilities, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.  
  • Relevant Project Management Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly regarded.  
  • Knowledge and/or experience with ADKAR principles is highly regarded. 
  • Based in Derrimut with the flexibility to visit other sites (Mulgrave, Dandenong, Colac) as required
