We're looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Australia. This is a critical role where you'll act as a strategic partner to our Australian leadership, helping translate business needs into people initiatives that support our growth and strengthen our culture.
You'll be a hands-on partner, providing both operational and strategic HR support across the entire employee lifecycle. You'll partner closely with business leaders and other HRBPs who support specific functions in Australia to ensure a cohesive and impactful HR approach. - Onboarding & Training: Support design and delivery of comprehensive onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth and effective integration for all new Australian employees. Identify key training needs and develop and implement training initiatives to empower managers and staff and support business goals.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work side-by-side with other HRBPs who support specific functions within Australia to ensure alignment on people strategy and program implementation. You'll also collaborate with our global People team in Amsterdam and the US, contributing to and implementing global HR projects and initiatives.
- Compliance & Policy: Serve as the go-to expert on all Australian employment laws and regulations. You'll ensure compliance, provide guidance on legal matters, and identify opportunities to update or develop new practices that support business objectives.
- General HR Support: Manage and act as an escalation point for all HR-related matters in the region. This includes managing complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with local/state/federal laws, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2+ years as an HR Business Partner or a similar generalist role in a dynamic organization.
