Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, freelance relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing and selection, onboarding and integration of new hires
- Oversee and manage the training and development program for all freelancers
- Help foster the career of the freelancers in the organisation
- Play a role in building a culture in the orgnaistion
- Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging HR trends, laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to freelancers on various HR-related topics, such as benefits, policies and procedures, and performance management
- Oversee the administration of freelancer’s benefits programs
- Manage freelancer relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations as needed
- Develop and implement freelancer engagement and recognition programs
- Participate in the development and implementation of the annual performance review process
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management in advertising agency
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting

Duration and Workload: This is a long-term position with an option for a full-time role. The HR Manager will work part-time, with a workload of 15-20 hours per week, providing flexibility for the candidate to balance their work and personal commitments. The role will be online, allowing the candidate to work remotely while still staying connected to the team and the company's goals.
