Job Description
Reporting to the People Director , you will create impact within our people team. You'll contribute to Support HR initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement. At Jellyfish, we are committed to fostering professional growth. Your career path could lead to Career growth and development into the people team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
- Support HR initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement.
- Assist with HR compliance, onboarding, and training programs.
- Handle employee relations matters and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain HR records and generate workforce insights.
- Provide dedicated HR support to the night shift team and address shift-specific concerns.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
- Work remotely with flexible working hours including evening and night shifts between 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.
Qualifications
- 1 + year of HR experience as a HR generalist or business HR partnership/ HRBP.
- Master's or Postgraduate degree in HR (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Problem Solving - You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
- Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions..
- Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
