Job Description
The Real Estate Agent Strategy Team strives to continue positioning Chase as a lender of choice for our customers, while leveraging new and innovative tools. The successful candidate will have a growth mindset and be a dynamic individual helping support the priorities of Chase's residential mortgage business.
As the Vice President on the Real Estate Agent Strategy Team, you will support the development and execution of key strategies and programs helping drive engagement with realtors for Chase's Home Lending business. This role has a national coverage and will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product teams to execute on ongoing and new initiatives for the Chase Agent Express program
- Identify opportunities to leverage innovative tools in the marketplace to support Sales teams
- Monitor external market environment and act as the subject matter expert in all realtor-related topics
- Deliver strategic thought leadership and partner with internal teams to ensure adoption of best practices in engaging realtors
- Evaluate growth opportunities while developing business cases to prioritize and measure business impact/results
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Comfort with financial analysis, creating overall strategic business reviews, and/or developing business cases
- Strategic ability to connect business results to behavior.
- Interest in the real estate/mortgage industry
- Passionate, authentic, bold, and a team player that builds strong relationships with clients, peers, partners, and contacts
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office platforms including, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Strong communication both verbal and written with the ability to create executive-level summaries
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results, flexibility, adaptability, and reliability with minimal supervision
- Ideally, a minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% is expected for this role
