Job Overview:


In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing our partner program and partner marketing initiatives driving growth and revenue by developing and executing a comprehensive strategic partnership plan that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who is a self-starter and self-directed, with strong negotiation and communication skills and a proven ability to open opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and manage our partner program and partner marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership plan that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key strategic partners, including technology companies, service providers, and industry associations
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate terms and conditions to maximize mutual benefits
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive successful partnership outcomes
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop partnership strategies that enhance our value proposition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
  • Communicate partnership strategies, goals, and progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness and promote our services

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to open opportunities, build and drive positive commercrcial outcomes with partners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand market trends and competitive landscape
  • Must have existing ecommerce network with proven ability to build partnerships
  • Experience in Ecom and Adtech is preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required
