Oversee risk management and legal compliance, manage audit accreditation, review policies, advise on risk issues, and lead a compliance team.
- Managing and running the Risk meetings.
- Provide advice and support in relation to risk management, compliance, commercial and corporate legal matters.
- Provide guidance, monitor and keeping up to date with regulatory changes.
- Managing Audit accreditation and compliance reviews across ISO’s, SOC2, PCI-DSS, APRA, Privacy and more.
- Reviewing and developing policies and procedures framework.
- Advise on Risk issues in relation to product initiatives and reviews.
- Maintaining the risk register.
- Reviewing, edit and approving all legal contracts.
- Proving commercial guidance and training for legal contractual questions.
- Practicing risk management principles and effective risk management.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the operations of the entity and the entity’s purpose.
- Challenge decisions that may affect the risk profile of the entity, or cause officials to act outside the risk appetite and tolerance of the entity.
- Develop and promote a vision for risk that adds value.
- Demonstrate good judgement regarding key risks to an entity and those that require focused attention.
- Facilitate and promote an environment whereby informed risk-based decision making can occur Risk Culture.
