About the role
We’re seeking a Head of Network Performance to lead a specialist team focused on
driving the safety and performance across our Australian network and in turn, delivering a superior experience for our customers.

This role can be based out of Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane
As our Head of Network Performance you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.
Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

Delivery and improvement in on-road customer experience

Key stakeholder and relationship management
-
Driving a performance uplift for our customers

Project integration
-
Implementing our vision and improvements
-
Reduction in lane closures
-
Faster incident response times
This role will suit someone from a performance improvement background transferrable skills and experiences, including:

You will have a proven track record of process improvement
-
A background in high performance management
-
Experience can come from a range of relevant sources including, but not limited to, manufacturing, mining, transport, etc.
