Job Summary

The Head of Marketing for Telstra Enterprise is responsible for leading one of Australia’s most valuable brands in the B2B space, executing with excellence across events, sponsorship, marketing communications and proposition development for Telstra’s large business and government segments. Working closely with the Enterprise Group Executive, the Enterprise senior leadership team, Telstra’s Chief Marketing Officer, and key stakeholders across Telstra, the Head of Marketing (TE) will provide strategic leadership on all aspects for driving growth and commercial outcomes through integrated marketing programs. What You’ll Do

 

Telstra Enterprise - Marketing & Commercial Steering leads Telstra's marketing and commercial steering team, responsible for developing and executing Telstra's marketing strategy. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Lead development and execution of a holistic and high impact marketing strategy, supporting Telstra Enterprise’s strategy and strengthening the Telstra Enterprise Brand. 

  • Lead Telstra Enterprise’s marketing team and operations, in partnership with Telstra’s Centre’s of Excellence (COEs) and Chapters, building a high performing, creative and outcomes-orientated culture, underpinned by Telstra’s Big 3 behaviours and habits.

  • Strengthen engagement and effectiveness of Telstra Enterprise’s marketing and communication channels, including digital channels, social media, events, physical assets, underpinned by a holistic, aligned omni-channel strategy.

  • Build a strong and holistic understanding of Telstra Enterprise’s target audience (including customers, potential customers, analysts, government and business influencers), delivering strong and actionable insights to inform high-impact sales and marketing activity.

  • Partner with Telstra Enterprise’s sales teams, building strong integration between marketing and sales activity to support customer and commercial outcomes, building and progressing sales pipeline.

  • Lead development and delivery of high impact marketing campaigns and tactics that are creative, underpinned by strong audience insights, aligned with commercial ambitions and outcomes, and measured by clear and accountable KPIs.

  • To support Telstra Enterprise’s marketing and brand strategy, lead agency relationships and deliverables, with a focus on outcomes and strong ROI.

  • Partner with Telstra’s Chief Marketing Officer, Telstra’s Centre’s of Excellence (COEs) and Chapters, and the Communications Team to maximise impact of sales and marketing activity for Telstra Enterprise.

  • Strengthen Telstra Enterprise’s position to be at the forefront of new and emerging marketing concepts and tactics, including ethical use of Data and AI.

About You 

Proven track record as a B2B marketing leader, including experience in large enterprise, high-impact marketing including brand activation, personalisation, account-based marketing, events and strategic digital activity, with the ability to leverage data and customer insight and creativity.  

  • Commercially savvy with a blend of deep analytical capabilities, visionary, creative and innovative thinking, and the ability to build a strong customer connection and loyalty. 

  • Led high performing, diverse teams within complex, fast-paced and changing environments.  

  • Proven natural disposition to collaborate and partner with executive stakeholders to drive right outcomes for the company.
