ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Marketing for Cotton On Body, this is a standout opportunity for a bold, experienced senior marketer ready to shape the future of a globally loved brand. You’ll own the end-to-end brand and marketing strategy, crafting compelling stories that come to life across creative, marketing and customer touchpoints, while fiercely protecting our brand DNA and keeping Cotton On Body at the forefront of fashion and lifestyle.
You’ll step into an already thriving, highly creative environment and provide strategic leadership across Creative, Marketing and Store Experience teams. This role is for someone who lives and breathes creativity, builds powerful relationships, and knows how to turn big, brave ideas into campaigns that drive real commercial impact. Most importantly, you’ll inspire, develop and energise your team- because our people are everything, and their growth and wellbeing always come first.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous Senior Marketing leadership experience, preferably leading a broad team of Marketing and Creative professionals
- Experience delivering a seamless customer experience from concept to execution across multiple channels
- Passion for driving innovation; inspiring the team to think “what’s next?”
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- An engaging and supportive leadership approach
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
