Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused leader to head up our Automation & Business Analysis function. You’ll lead a high-performing BA team while driving the automation roadmap end-to-end — from identifying opportunities through to delivery, governance, and business adoption.
 

This role will ensure automation initiatives are scalable, compliant, well-documented, and aligned to organisational priorities, delivering measurable performance improvements.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and uplift a team of Business Analysts

  • Define and deliver the automation strategy and pipeline

  • Oversee the design, build, and optimisation of automated solutions

  • Establish documentation, audit, and governance frameworks

  • Drive training, change management, and business adoption

  • Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear program reporting

  • Champion continuous improvement and emerging automation/AI tools
     

About You

  • Proven experience leading Business Analysts and automation initiatives (RPA/workflow/AI)

  • Strong business process analysis and requirements capability

  • Experience in governance, compliance, and structured documentation

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Background in regulated environments highly regarded

Desirable: Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism or AWS, and qualifications in Business Analysis or a related field
