WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a forward-thinking Head of Applications to lead the next evolution of P3’s business technology. This role goes beyond traditional application management — it focuses on business process optimization, automation, AI adoption, and enhancing user experience across all P3 countries.

You will own the full lifecycle of P3’s business applications (ERP, CRM, HR, finance, ESG systems) and lead our automation capabilities. Working closely with Leasing, Finance, ESG, HR and Operations you will turn business needs into modern, scalable digital solutions. 

This is a key strategic role in transforming P3 into a data-driven, automated and AI-enabled organization.

Location: Prague (Czech Republic)


SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

Key Responsibilities:

1. Applications leadership

    • Lead the Applications team responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications.
    • Ensure stability, continuous improvement, and compliance of all critical systems.
    • Build and maintain a multi-year applications roadmap aligned with business priorities.
    • Own application portfolio management (budgeting, prioritization, vendor and contract management).
    • New applications implementation.

2. Business partnering

    • Act as the primary technology partner for business units.
    • Understand processes and identify digitalization opportunities.
    • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
    • Challenge the status quo and drive process excellence.

3. Automation & low-code enablement

    • Lead P3’s automation agenda across all departments.
    • Develop and deploy workflows and future RPA capabilities.
    • Govern a citizen development framework.
    • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and increase operational efficiency.

4. AI adoption in business processes

    • Deploy AI use cases.
    • Own user enablement and training for AI-enhanced processes.
    • Ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value.

5. Application support & service excellence

    • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and feature requests.
    • Maintain a transparent communication process with users and stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve user experience and adoption.

6. Leadership & team development

    • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing applications and automation team.
    • Promote a culture of innovation, creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning.
    • Drive technology maturity across business functions.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years in technology roles, with at least 3 years leading application or digital teams.
  • Experience managing business application portfolios and vendors.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in leasing, finance, HR, ESG or operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate) or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work in a multi-country, matrix environment.
  • English language on a professional working level (international environment)
