• Document test observations, methodologies, and results comprehensively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability of avionics systems.
• Developing and implementing quality standards.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems.
• Ensuring the Quality of Avionics Hardware Systems at modular level.
• Ensuring the Quality of the Vehicle, Avionics at Checkout Systems level during Sub-assembly
level and Integrated Vehicle level testing and provide good confidence for the launch.
• Monitoring and analysing system performance.
• Expertise in Avionics parts & Vehicle subsystem and Systems.
• Collaborating with team leads to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Developing the necessary data base on non-conformances, failures including the lessons
learnt.
• Support Gated Reviews to validate the quality and completeness of work packages and close
follow up on Gap areas.
• Getting familiarized and developing necessary expertise related to Mil specifications & our
own standards etc.
Technical Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or a similar
role in the Aerospace industry.
• Expertise in understanding the Avionics system for space-based applications.
• Good experience in PCB design and debugging
• Experience in Derating and FMECA Analysis.
• Experience in handling RF & Microwave devices
