Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for one of our US clients to lead and execute growth initiatives across user acquisition and retention channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential audience segments, optimizing campaigns through structured experimentation, and driving scalable growth strategies across multiple marketing channels.
This role requires a highly analytical and creative individual who can develop audience targeting strategies, oversee campaign execution, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Conduct audience research, surveys, funnel analysis, and A/B testing to identify and refine target user segments
- Manage and optimize campaigns across paid social, search, email marketing, influencer/affiliate programs, organic social, and partnership channels
- Guide creative direction by identifying effective messaging, hooks, offers, and content strategies tailored to different audiences
- Plan content calendars and coordinate campaign assets for launches, promotions, and ongoing engagement initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
- Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
- Coordinate with external creators, affiliates, and strategic partners to expand reach and improve campaign effectiveness
Must-have Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within consumer or prosumer software products
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization
- Experience with audience targeting strategies using user research, surveys, and performance analytics
- Strong hands-on experience across paid ads, social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, and partnership campaigns
- Ability to oversee creative development and optimize messaging strategies based on audience performance
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in remote and fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing analytics platforms, attribution systems, and ad platform reporting
Good-To-Have Experience
- Experience marketing AI, SaaS, productivity, or creator-focused products
- Background in lifecycle marketing, onboarding optimization, or retention strategy
- Experience collaborating with designers, creators, or content teams to iterate campaign creatives
- Comfortable operating in startup or high-growth environments
