The Opportunity
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of programs that generate, accelerate, and expand pipeline across our highest-priority enterprise segments. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Growth to build and run a demand engine that scales with the company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Optimize our website and onboarding for activation, including email and in-product messaging.

  • Plan and run lifecycle & reactivation campaigns.

  • Manage paid channels and agencies.

  • Work with Product Marketing and Sales to run campaigns on target accounts.

  • Work closely with Field Marketing and Sales on event campaigns.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Experience in growth or demand gen at a fast growing startup.

  • Experimentation mindset and using data to make decisions.

  • Experience with a developer audience.

  • Hold yourself to a high bar for quality and precision.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.

  • Are comfortable with or can effectively leverage technical or AI-native tooling.

  • Have built scalable ABM or multi-touch enterprise campaigns from scratch.
