The Growth Marketing Manager will drive user acquisition and retention through experimental growth marketing strategies, managing campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging analytical insights to impact company growth and performance.
Growth Marketing Manager
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale.
This is not a maintenance role – it’s about building, testing, and pushing boundaries to achieve high-velocity growth. You’ll be given autonomy, trust, and the expectation to deliver.
You’ll work across the full growth funnel – from acquisition to activation and retention – with a clear focus on driving measurable impact. We want someone who thrives on experimentation, has a sharp analytical mind, and is motivated by winning.
This role suits someone who’s already built solid experience in performance/growth marketing and is now ready to step up, take ownership, and grow into a high performer with leadership potential
About us
Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians’ most time-consuming tasks. Thousands of clinicians across many disciplines already use Lyrebird — and that number is growing every day.
They trust us to deliver a fast, reliable, and secure experience. We value that trust above all else and strive to earn it while continuing to amaze our users.
What You’ll Do
- Own the growth engine: scale user acquisition across paid and organic channels (Search, Social, Display, Video, Partnerships, SEO, Content).
- Experiment relentlessly: design, launch and evaluate growth experiments to find scalable levers.
- Optimise funnels: work closely with product, design, and engineering to improve conversion rates across website, landing pages, email, and app.
- Work with data: turn insights into strategy; build dashboards and frameworks that cut through noise and point to clear action.
- Collaborate and enable: partner with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to execute at pace.
- Think strategically: balance short-term acquisition targets with long-term brand and retention growth.
What We're Looking For
- Impact: Your work will be central to our growth trajectory – every test, every campaign, every insight matters.
- Autonomy: We’ll back you to run with ideas and own outcomes.
- Growth: This is the perfect role for someone ambitious – the scope is wide and the career path is upwards.
- Team: You’ll work with a sharp, motivated, and supportive group who value collaboration and results.
At Lyrebird, we don’t just write code — we help shape the future of the human experience.
If you want to pioneer, to create, and to see your work touch lives directly, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re building a team that reflects the diversity of the people who’ll benefit from our work. We want Lyrebird to be a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. If you’re from an underrepresented background in tech, we especially encourage you to apply — even if you don’t meet every single requirement.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene
Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
