Monks is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our Technology Services pillar within the Australia and New Zealand (AUNZ) region. This role is crucial in driving sales, cultivating strategic partnerships, and establishing Monks.com as a key provider of cutting-edge technology solutions in the region. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Monks.com’s Technology Services in the AUNZ region.
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and ensuring timely progress of deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, project managers, and creative teams, to deliver client solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth initiatives to the Director of Growth APAC.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in depth knowledge of Monks.com’s technology service offerings.
- Attend Industry Events: Represent Monks.com at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- CRM Management: Accurately log and maintain sales pipeline information within CRM systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role within a technology vendor or technology services company.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the AUNZ region.
- Strong understanding of technology services, including software development, cloud solutions, data analytics, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with CRM systems, and experience logging pipeline within them.
- Existing network of contacts within the AUNZ technology sector is highly desirable.
