Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly hands-on B2B/B2D growth leader who deeply understands developers and knows how to build demand within technical communities.
Your mission is simple and ambitious: make Unlayer top-of-mind for developers around the world.
This role is ideal for someone who is energized by doing the work themselves, rapidly experimenting, and working directly with experienced founders. You will own growth end to end and operate with full autonomy in a results-only environment.
What You Will DoGrowth Strategy and Execution- Design and execute Unlayer’s global growth strategy focused on developers, engineering teams, and technical decision-makers.
- Operate first as an individual contributor, driving initiatives across AEO, technical content, community, experiments, and distribution.
- Scale what works by adding people, partners, or resources only when needed.
- Build Unlayer’s presence everywhere developers discover, discuss, and select tools.
- Create and distribute high-quality technical content across GitHub, documentation, tutorials, templates, sample code, and programmatic SEO assets.
- Develop awareness across communities such as Hacker News, Reddit, StackOverflow, Discord, Slack groups, and niche developer ecosystems.
- Run continuous experiments across landing pages, funnels, onboarding flows, PLG loops, pricing, and messaging.
- Identify unconventional channels and growth opportunities that create outsized leverage.
- Make decisions quickly based on data, signal, and iteration.
- Launch and nurture a global developer community around Unlayer.
- Create ambassador programs, community challenges, webinars, workshops, and collaborative GitHub efforts.
- Drive organic adoption and advocacy by empowering developers to share, teach, and build with Unlayer.
- Identify and establish integrations with complementary platforms and developer tools.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners on co-marketing, shared technical assets, and distribution opportunities.
- Leverage integrations to create ongoing inbound and usage loops.
- A highly hands-on operator who prefers building and executing over managing from a distance.
- A pragmatic, non-bureaucratic problem-solver who values speed, autonomy, and clarity.
