About the role 
 

Are you passionate about transforming urban mobility? Join us as a Growth Innovation Lead at Transurban, where you will be pivotal in driving the development of cutting-edge growth opportunities that align with our strategic vision. 

 

Day-to-day, you will: 
 

  • Analyse market trends and glean valuable customer insights to guide the direction of our growth strategy 

  • Originate, test, and refine innovative ideas that will enhance our value proposition to our customers and stakeholders 

  • Validate and assess potential solutions, ensuring they meet our high standards 

  • Design sustainable and effective business models to drive growth 

  • Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external partners to bring ideas to fruition 
     

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: 
 

  • Strong understanding of commercial drivers that influence the adoption of innovative solutions 
  • Critical problem solving and strategic thinking abilities to assess and leverage new business models and emerging technologies 
  • Insight into what can deliver a unique value proposition for Transurban’s growth 
  • Proven ability to drive results even through complexity and ambiguity 
  • Strong track record of working within timelines and budgets 
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills 
  • Highly self-motivated and organized 
  • An innovative and learning mindset, demonstrated through intellectual curiosity
