As part of Beca’s Group Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support recruitment primarily across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on graduate and intern campaigns and coordinating events for our Graduate Development Programme.

Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll coordinate recruitment activity, support candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to talent attraction initiatives that help us connect with future talent.

This role can be based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office.

What you'll be involved in

  • Coordinating interviews and candidate communications throughout the recruitment process

  • Assisting with candidate screening and shortlisting activities

  • Managing pre-employment checks and recruitment administration

  • Supporting a positive candidate experience through timely communication and effective coordination

  • Supporting graduate and intern recruitment campaigns, including candidate engagement and recruitment events

  • Assisting with university engagement and early careers attraction initiatives

  • Supporting talent pipelining and broader recruitment activity across the business

About you

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll likely bring:

  • Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar people-focused role

  • Organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn

  • Proven ability to navigate ATS/HRIS and reporting

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
