As the Group Product Manager – Hotels, you will lead the design and delivery of integrated technology solutions that align with our organization's strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative technical architectures.

You'll oversee the entire solution lifecycle, from the initial idea to its final implementation and ongoing optimization. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to pinpoint technological opportunities and evaluate emerging trends. A key part of your role will be ensuring that all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Ultimately, your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation and delivering high-impact solutions that propel the organization forward.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of complex technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Oversee the solution lifecycle, from conceptualization through deployment and support.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support solution delivery.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization's solutions.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in technology solution management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale technology projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation within the technology landscape.
