We are seeking a talented Social Media Graphic Designer who is fluent in the fast-paced world of social media and skilled in creating eye-catching, on-brand visuals tailored to each platform. This role requires an expert designer who can quickly adapt to trends, work efficiently under time constraints, and deliver unique content that engages and excites our audience.

Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

  • Create high-quality, platform-optimised graphics for social channels, including X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
  • Design attention-grabbing visuals that drive engagement and align with each channel’s best practices, ensuring consistent brand representation across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and real-time events, quickly creating engaging, relevant designs to keep the brand competitive and maximise impact.
  • Create reusable design templates and organize a well-managed asset library to streamline content creation and ensure quick access to high-quality visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work with efficiency to handle the fast-paced demands of social media content, while maintaining high standards in quality and creativity.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to prioritise projects and ensure consistency in messaging and design.
  • Experiment with new visual styles and graphic approaches that elevate brand presence while staying true to our aesthetic.
  • Continuously bring fresh ideas to the table for social media campaigns and unique content that sets our brand apart.
  • Leverage social performance data and test various creative formats to refine designs and improve audience engagement.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on social media content.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
  • Experience creating motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video assets for social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, platform trends, viral trends and engagement-driven design.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to trends and produce high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with social media managers, content creators, and marketing teams.
  • Highly creative and innovative, with a keen eye for aesthetics and emerging design trends.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all designs are polished and on-brand.
