Remote (±3h GMT only). Occasional travel optional

Profile
  • Digital-first brand designer with event & production-focused history; not illustration-focused.
  • Strong in branding systems, social media design, and video (editing/motion).
  • Comfortable working inside templates, grids & established frameworks.
  • Crypto-literate or actively engaged with the space. 
  • Fluent with AI design tools (Midjourney or similar).
  • Organized, fast, detail-driven, with clean file hygiene.
Core Responsibilities
  • Brand & Event Kits
    • Maintain & extend systems for each event (logos, type, grids, screen specs).
    • Ensure consistency across digital, physical items and templates.
  • Social & Campaigns
    • Produce speaker/sponsor cards, announcements, promos, price updates, recap graphics. 
    • Output for X, Linkedin, YouTube & Telegram.
  • Video / Motion:
    • Cutdowns (15s-60s), text overlays, subtitles
    • Panel/Keynote recordings: title cards, lower-thirds, intro/outro slates
    • Podcast edits and short social clips
    • Template facilitation
  • Decks & Web
    • Help build sponsor/media kits, sales decks, headers/hero graphics.
    • Populate design templates for consistency across touchpoints.
  • Ratings & Yields Design:
    • Create announcement graphics for new ratings, score updates, yields etc.
    • Produce short explainer videos & motion snippets
    • Design simple data-driven visuals (charts, badges, snapshots)
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years digital design (events/media/tech/crypto a plus) with a strong portfolio.
  • Tools: Figma, Adobe CC (PS/AI/ID), Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic–intermediate), Midjourney.
  • Proven social design for B2B tech/finance; solid grasp of platform specs and pacing.
  • Clean typography and layout; disciplined file structure; async collaboration in English.
  • Strong attention to detail
Hours & Contract
  • 20 hours/week (freelance retainer), start ASAP.
