Our Team

Our Avionics team designs and builds products to optimise pilot capabilities – from helmets that use head movements to control weaponry, to aviation-based navigation systems. We’re a trusted partner for defence and government clients, building bespoke training and simulation solutions across a range of fields, such as maritime, aviation & land operations.

Your Role

Located in Rydalmere, on Darug land, your day to day role could include:

  • Understanding and analysing customer requirements

  • Developing functional and physical solutions, including test and demonstration cases

  • Producing engineering reports, specification and design documents

  • Flexing your technical skills with some programming

  • Verify solutions against architectures and established requirements

  • Effectively planning and executing activities ensuring projects keep to time

Your Experience

What we value most from our graduates is a willingness to learn and the confidence to offer solutions, however the below will also come in handy

  • Recently degree qualified in Software Engineering

  • You are a natural leader and this shows though part time work or extra-curricular activities whilst studying university

  • A little bit of programming experience will get you a long way

  • You easily build relationships and have strong communications kills both written and verbal

  • You love working in a team environment and value diversity

  • You are curious by nature, focused on the result and love to keep continuously learning!

  • Must have Australian Citizenship to be eligible for security clearance
