We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Program Manager to lead the delivery of our Engineering Graduate Program. This 12–18-month rotational program is designed to accelerate the careers of our graduates while building CommBank’s future technical workforce.

Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you’ll be the experience maker for our graduates and interns. You’ll:

  • Drive exceptional graduate and intern experiences from onboarding to program roll-off.
  • Lead innovation and excellence across the program to maximise impact, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Deliver briefing sessions and communications to leaders and graduates as well as presenting at various internal and external events.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, workforce planners and stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
  • Lead performance review conversations with stakeholders and providing additional support where needed.
  • Ensure our graduates feel supported, empowered, and connected.
  • Use data and feedback to track and measure program effectiveness whilst continuously improving program outcomes and graduate development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to expand the Graduate program in our India Offices.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in early career program management, engagement or talent development.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with high resilience in times of change or ambiguity
  • Skilled in delivering projects and change initiatives with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in project planning and managing resources.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, large agile organisation
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable delivering autonomously and co-authoring solutions with colleagues and excited to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest and passion in supporting early career talent and creating exceptional experiences.
