Why Vanguard?
More than 50 years ago, John C. Bogle set out to create a different kind of investment company – one that put investors first. With no external shareholders, profits are reinvested to deliver lower costs for our investors. That mission still defines us today.
Vanguard is now one of the world’s largest investment management firms, supporting more than 50 million investors globally. In Australia, we’ve been helping individual investors, financial advisors and superannuation members achieve long-term financial success for 30 years.
We are also proud to be recognised by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality, reflecting our commitment to fairness, inclusion and equal opportunity.
At Vanguard, we believe diverse, inclusive and high-performing teams deliver better outcomes for our investors and our communities. Our decisions are guided by a simple principle: Do the right thing – for our clients, our crew, and each other.
